产品描述	Borrelidin (Treponemycin) is a nitrogen-containing macrolide antibiotic isolated from Streptomyces rochei, which inhibits sugar-acyl-tRNA synthetase. It exhibits anticancer, antifungal, and anti-angiogenesis activities, inhibiting tumor growth and lung metastasis.
靶点活性	CDC28-Cln2:24 μM
体外活性	Borrelidin 能够有效抑制 ALL 细胞系的增殖，半数最大抑制浓度为 50 ng/mL。[1] Borrelidin 对 Cdc28/Cln2 的 50% 抑制浓度（IC50）为 24 μM。 Borrelidin 是一种强效的血管生成（angiogenesis）抑制剂，其 IC50 值为 0.8 nM，可诱导血管形成细胞凋亡。[3] Borrelidin 对癌细胞和内皮细胞亚群表现出高选择性的细胞毒性。[4]
体内活性	Borrelidin （0.25 mg/kg,腹腔注射）和 fumagilin 联用可以提高 Plasmodium berghei 感染小鼠中的抗疟活性。[5]
