体内活性	Anti-Mouse IL-6 Antibody (MP5-20F3) 以200 μg剂量腹腔注射（第7天和第14天给药），可显著减少携带Lewis肺癌（LLC）肿瘤的雄性C57BL/6J小鼠的恶性胸腔积液（MPE）体积，延长其存活时间，并增强CD8+ T细胞浸润[1]。 Anti-Mouse IL-6 Antibody (MP5-20F3)以0.4 mg剂量腹腔注射（每天1次，第0天至第5天或第6天给药），可将感染寄生虫的雌性Balb/c和C57BL/6小鼠的铁调素（hepcidin）水平降至正常[2]。
