It inhibits the adhesion between T cells and endothelial cells, reduces the expansion of TR Treg cells, and is suitable for studies on inflammatory and infectious diseases such as influenza virus infection and arthritis.
体外活性	Anti-Mouse ICOSL/CD275 Antibody (HK5.3)（15 μg/mL，30 分钟处理）可显著降低 Th1、Th17 细胞与原代小鼠脑微血管内皮细胞（pMBMECs）的黏附水平 [2]。
体内活性	Anti-Mouse ICOSL/CD275 Antibody (HK5.3)（100 μg，腹腔注射，于流体动力学尾静脉注射后第 0、3、6、9 天给药）可显著降低肝细胞衰老模型野生型 C57BL/6 小鼠体内衰老肝细胞的清除效率 [1]。 Anti-Mouse ICOSL/CD275 Antibody (HK5.3)（250–500 μg，静脉注射，第 - 1、1、3 天给药）能显著抑制流感病毒感染模型 C57BL/6 小鼠中 TR Treg 细胞的扩增 [3]。 Anti-Mouse ICOSL/CD275 Antibody (HK5.3)以 15 mg/kg 剂量腹腔注射（第 19、21、23、25 天给药），可明显延缓牛胶原诱导性关节炎模型雌性 DBA/1 小鼠的关节炎发病进程 [4]。
