2,7-Dichlorodihydrofluorescein（DCFH,2,7-二氯二氢荧光素）是一种非荧光探针，被细胞内的活性氧（ROS）氧化后生成高荧光的2',7'-Dichlorofluorescein (DCF)。DCFH常用于检测细胞内的ROS水平，检测ROS的生成和分析氧化应激。

H2DCFDA (DCFH-DA) 属于绿色荧光染料，是一种检测细胞内活性氧 (ROS) 的探针 (Ex Em=488 525 nm)，具有细胞膜渗透性。
