TAPI1 (TNF-α processing inhibitor-1) is a TACE (ADAM17) inhibitor that inhibits shedding of TNF-α, TNFRI (p60), and TNFRII (p80), IL-6 other cytokine receptors; TAPI-1 is also a metalloproteinase MMP inhibitor that promotes cisplatin-induced ESCC cell apoptosis by inhibiting the NF-κB signaling pathway to promote cisplatin-induced apoptosis in ESCC cells.
体外活性	方法：TAPI1 acetate （1 μM 30 分钟）预处理HK2 细胞，然后用 10 μ g/ml LPS 处理 8 小时。CCK8测定细胞活力。结果：TAPI1 acetate增加 LPS 处理的 HK-2 细胞的细胞活力。[1]
