Setrusumab (BPS 804) is used in skeletal biology and bone remodeling research systems to investigate Wnt signaling regulation via sclerostin inhibition, osteoblast activity modulation, and bone density regulation mechanisms in osteogenesis-related disease models including osteogenesis imperfecta (OI) and cancer-associated bone remodeling contexts.
体内活性	方法：在乳腺癌骨转移及肌无力小鼠模型中，每周静脉注射Setrusumab（100 mg/kg，共4周）。结果：Setrusumab抑制乳腺癌诱导的骨转移及肌无力。
