体外活性 | PROTACs is useful for the targeted degradation of proteins and other polypeptides which on the one end binds to the cereblon and on the other end to the target protein (RIP2 kinase). By bringing the target protein in close proximity to the E3-Ligase, these compounds form a ternary complex leading to polyubiquitination of the target protein inducing its degradation[1]. |
