体外活性

PDE4-IN-11 (example 12) exerts function in the monocrotaline reversal model of pulmonary hypertension [2]. PDE4-IN-11 (compound A1) displays anti-inflammatory, anti-airways hyperreactivity and bronch odilator properties. PDE4-IN-11 also possesses immunosuppressive and TNFα secretion inhibitory activities [3].
