LIT-001 free base improves social interaction in a mouse model of autism. LIT-001 free base is the first nonpeptide oxytocin receptor (OT-R) agonist (EC50=55 nM; Ki=226 nM).
体外活性

In the in vitro signal transduction experiments, LITL-001 free Base is an unbiased OT-R agonist that ACTS on the two main signal transduction pathways of the receptor and has a slight antagonistic effect on V1a and an agonist effect on V1b receptor, which is only observed at high concentration.

体内活性

LIT-001 free base (10-20 mg/kg; i.p.) alleviates core symptoms associated with autism spectrum disorders (ASD) [1].
