ELN 318463 is a typical wax-secreting enzyme inhibitor and can only replace the active site-directed inhibitor at high concentrations if the substrate is present.Compared with Notch signaling, ELN 318463 is 75-120 times more selective in inhibiting the production of trace iron in cells.

体内活性

ELN318463 ?leads acute reduction of brain Aβ in in the PDAPP transgene model of Alzheimer's disease (AD) as well as in wild-type FVB strain mice.
