产品描述	Cyanofenphos is an orally active organophosphorus insecticide (insecticide) and a brain AChE inhibitor, known for its neurotoxic properties. It can induce neurotoxicity characterized by ataxia and paralysis. In hens, cyanofenphos causes symptoms such as lethargy, reduced food intake, and weight loss. This compound exhibits a unique self-antagonistic effect, as repeated low-dose pre-treatment reduces subsequent acute toxicity but enhances delayed neurotoxicity and diminishes enzyme inhibition, with protective effects peaking 24 hours after the final pre-treatment. Cyanofenphos is commonly used in studies related to delayed neurotoxicity.
体内活性	Cyanofenphos 预处理（10-20 mg/kg；口服；每日；8 天）可明显减轻母鸡随后暴露于高剂量 Cyanofenphos 时的急性毒性；在 1000 mg/kg 染毒条件下，LD 50 由 700 mg/kg 升至 1170 mg/kg，7 天死亡率由 77% 降至 20%。此外，单次口服 Cyanofenphos（80-200 mg/kg）可诱发母鸡迟发性神经毒性，且 200 mg/kg 攻击剂量组的发生率高于 100 mg/kg 组。
