产品描述	Calcium disodium edetate hydrate possesses both metal-chelating and antifungal properties. Calcium disodium edetate hydrate chelates Mn²⁺, causing mitochondrial damage, disrupting carbohydrate metabolic pathways, and inhibiting the production of pyruvate during glycolysis. It inhibits the growth of Penicillium digitatum, delays conidial germination, and enhances the innate defense capabilities of citrus fruits, making it suitable for research into the mechanisms underlying citrus green mold disease.
体外活性	方法：设置 3.125～50 mmol/L Calcium disodium edetate hydrate 梯度浓度，体外处理指状青霉 Penicillium digitatum P44 菌株，观测菌丝生长情况并测定 MIC 与 MFC；采用 12.5～50 mmol/L 药液作用 8～12 h，评价其对菌株分生孢子萌发的抑制效果。结果：Calcium disodium edetate hydrate 可体外完全抑制指状青霉 P44 菌丝生长，MIC、MFC 均为 50 mmol/L ；在 12.5～50 mmol/L、作用 8～12 h 条件下，可剂量依赖性延缓并抑制该菌株分生孢子萌发 [2]。
体内活性	方法：对柑橘绿霉病发病植株采用病灶内注射方式，给予 25～250 mmol/L Calcium disodium edetate hydrate 处理，观察并统计病害发病率及病斑大小。结果：Calcium disodium edetate hydrate 经病灶内注射给药，可剂量依赖性降低柑橘绿霉病发病率，同时显著抑制病斑扩展、缩小病斑面积 [2]。
