Additionally, Antitumor agent-204 triggers apoptosis and causes cell cycle arrest at the G2/M phase, demonstrating significant antitumor activity.
体外活性	Antitumor agent-204（compound 15a）（0-10 μM；48 h）对A549、A549/Taxol、MDA-MB-231、MCF-7、BEAS-2B、HUVEC细胞表现出毒性，IC 50分别为4.43、0.87、1.20、5.54、10.73、13.25 μM。Antitumor agent-204（1, 2.5, 5 μM; 24 h）以剂量依赖方式诱导细胞凋亡。
体内活性	抗肿瘤剂-204 (1, 5, 10 mg/kg；IP；每4天一次，持续16天) 在小鼠体内表现出抗肿瘤活性。
