Antibacterialagent 307 is an antibacterial (antibacterial) agent. It exhibits minimal inhibitory concentrations (MIC) of 1-4 μg/mL against Gram-positive bacteria and shows moderate activity against Gram-negative bacteria. This compound has low hemolytic toxicity and demonstrates excellent plasma stability. Antibacterialagent 307 disrupts bacterial membrane integrity by increasing permeability and depolarization, induces the accumulation of endogenous reactive oxygen species (ROS), leading to the leakage of cytoplasmic proteins and nucleic acids, and prompts rapid bacterial cell death. Antibacterialagent 307 is applicable in studies of bacterial infections.
