1-Isopropyltryptophan (1-IsoPT), an IDO1 inhibitor, suppresses the expression of IDO-1 and IDO-2 mRNA induced by IFN-γ stimulation [1].
体外活性

1-Isopropyltryptophan（24小时）对小鼠DC 2.4细胞系表现细胞毒性，其IC50为2.156 mM [1]。此外，1-Isopropyltryptophan（100 µM；48小时）能够抑制IFN-γ（0.5 µg/ml）刺激下的DC 2.4细胞中ID0-1及ID0-2 mRNA表达 [1]。
