β-​Apo-​8'-​carotenal (Standard) is the standard substance of β-​Apo-​8'-​carotenal, and it is applicable for quantitative analysis, quality control, and related research in biochemical experiments. β-​Apo-​8'-​carotenal (Apocarotenal) is a carotenoid found in spinach and citrus fruits. Apocarotenal is used in fat-based food (margarine, sauces, salad dressing), beverages, dairy products, and sweets.
