During the sulfur-fumigation process of Paeoniae Radix Alba, Paeoniflorin, which serves as a principal constituent, can be converted into Paeoniflorin sulfite.
Paeoniflorgenin is a deglucosylated metabolite of Paeoniflorin[1].
