| 生物活性 | 1. Immobilized Human IL-3, His Tag at 5μg/ml (100μl/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for Human IL-3 R alpha, hFc Tag with the EC50 of 0.46μg/ml determined by ELISA (QC Test).
2. Measured in a cell proliferation assay using TF‑1 human erythroleukemic cells. The ED50 for this effect is < 0.2 ng/mL. |
