生物活性
1.Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized mouse FCGR4 at 10 μg/ml (100 μl/well) can bind recombinant human IgG1 (Fc) . The EC50 of human IgG1 (Fc) is 0.11-0.25 μg/ml. 2.Loaded Monoclonal Anti-Human CD3 Antibody, Mouse IgG2a on ProA Biosensor, can bind Recombinant Mouse FCGR4 Protein, His Tag with an affinity constant of 3.43nM as determined in BLI assay(QC tested).
