Using the spinal nerve ligation (SNL) model of neuropathic pain, CXCL13 was persistently upregulated in spinal cord neurons after SNL, resulting in spinal astrocyte activation via CXCR5 in mice. CXCL13/BCA-1 Protein, Mouse, Recombinant (His) is expressed in HEK293 mammalian cells with N-His tag. The predicted molecular weight is 11.7 kDa and the accession number is O55038.
