肿瘤坏死因子家族

肿瘤坏死因子 (Tumor Necrosis Factor family, TNFs) 超家族是 II 型跨膜蛋白的蛋白质超家族，含有 TNF 同源结构域并形成三聚体。TNFs的成员可以通过细胞外蛋白水解裂解从细胞膜中释放出来，并作为细胞因子发挥作用。这些蛋白质主要由免疫细胞表达，它们调节多种细胞功能，包括免疫反应和炎症，以及增殖、分化、凋亡和胚胎发生。TNFs包含 19 个成员，与 TNF 受体超家族的 29 个成员结合。肿瘤坏死因子受体超家族（Tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily, TNFRSF）是细胞因子受体的蛋白质超家族，其特征在于能够通过富含细胞外半胱氨酸的结构域结合TNF。TNFs的 PROSITE 模式位于蛋白质中央部分的 β 折叠中，该折叠在所有成员中都是保守的。
