氧化还原酶

氧化还原酶 (Oxidoreductases, EC 1) 是一种催化电子从一个分子（还原剂，也称为电子供体）转移到另一个分子（氧化剂，也称为电子受体）的酶。这组酶通常利用 NADP+ 或 NAD+ 作为辅助因子。氧化还原酶在酶的 EC 编号分类中被归类为 EC 1，并且可进一步分为 21 个亚类。
