VHL Ligand 14 (5-10 μM) stabilizes the ER degrader in PROTAC, facilitating the degradation of ER [1]. Using Western Blot Analysis [1] with the MCF-7 cell line at a concentration of 5-10 μM over a 4-hour incubation period, it was found to inhibit the degradation of the ER ligand.
