产品描述	Seneciphylline N-oxide is a pyrrolizidine alkaloid obtained from Emilia sonchifolia and is the dehydrogenation product of Senecionine N-oxide.
体外活性	根培养的Senecio erucifolius（Asteraceae）有效地吸收并将[14C]putrescine和[14C]arginine融入吡咯里西啶生物碱（PA）Senecionine N-oxide中。覆盖10至19天生长期的脉冲追踪实验显示，碱性物质没有明显的转化率[1]。
体内活性	Seneciphylline经口给药后迅速被吸收进入血浆（Tmax, 0.23-0.32小时），并达到最大浓度0.82-1.75 μg/mL。Seneciphylline N-oxide从血浆中迅速清除。低系统暴露(口服生物利用度，5.43-10.31%)与肝脏及微生物群中的广泛代谢有关。[2]
