产品描述	Reltecimod (AB-103) is a CD28 antagonist that modulates inflammation by targeting the CD28/B7-2 costimulatory pathway. Reltecimod is used in necrotizing soft tissue infection research and offers protection against bacterial infections, exotoxins, endotoxins, and ionizing radiation.
体内活性	方法：使用化脓性链球菌感染小鼠，建立毒性休克和坏死性软组织感染模型；以论文中的AB103形式单次给予reltecimod，并设置感染后不同给药时间，包括最长延迟5 h。检测生存、炎症细胞因子、细菌负荷、组织损伤及适应性免疫反应。结果：Reltecimod提高生存率，降低系统性炎症细胞因子、细菌负荷和肌肉炎症，且感染后延迟给药仍有效；治疗未消除保护性细胞或体液免疫反应。^[1]
