Pirfenidone (Standard) is the standard substance of Pirfenidone, and it is applicable for quantitative analysis, quality control, and related research in biochemical experiments. Pirfenidone (AMR69) inhibits the production of CCL2 and CCL12 in fibroblasts and also decreases TGF-β2 protein levels. Pirfenidone is an antifibrotic agent that is commonly used in studies related to pulmonary fibrosis and also has anti-inflammatory activity.
