产品描述	P110 heptapeptide is a specific peptide inhibitor that interacts with Drp1/Fis1 (IC₅₀=1.8 μM). By competitively blocking the binding of Drp1 to Fis1, P110 heptapeptide inhibits pathological mitochondrial fission while preserving the physiological function of Drp1, thereby reducing pathological features in numerous models of neurodegeneration, ischemia, and sepsis. P110 heptapeptide exhibits neuroprotective, anti-inflammatory, and anti-sepsis activity and can be used in research on neurodegenerative diseases and conditions associated with mitochondrial dysfunction.

体外活性	方法：RAW264.7细胞加入P110 (1 μM) 与LPS(10 ng/mL)共处理16 h，JC-1荧光测定线粒体膜电位。结果：P110 降低Drp1线粒体定位、恢复LPS诱导的高膜电位和呼吸功能下降。[1] 方法：H9c2细胞加入P110 (2 μM)与 LPS (2 μg/mL)，共处理24 h，抗Drp1和抗Fis1免疫染色，共聚焦z-stack，Drp1 foci/线粒体面积比。结果：LPS增加Drp1线粒体定位，P110降低Drp1线粒体定位至低于对照水平。[2]
体内活性	方法：BALB/c小鼠腹腔注射LPS(1 mg/kg)与P110(0.5 mg/kg/day)，耐受诱导18 h，高剂量LPS (10 mg/kg)处理90 min后采血。结果：P110 恢复内毒素耐受小鼠对LPS或CLP的促炎因子反应；改善血浆细胞外线粒体膜电位，但不影响数量。[1] 方法：tMCAO大鼠进行短暂性大脑中动脉闭塞手术，缺血2 h后尾静脉注射PKH26标记的EXO-P110，处理24小时。结果：P110 在短暂性大脑中动脉闭塞的雄性大鼠显著减轻脑缺血再灌注损伤，减少梗死面积并改善神经功能。[3]
