产品描述	Momordicine I is a natural cucurbitane-type triterpene exhibiting antihypertensive, anti-inflammatory, anti-hypertrophic, anti-fibrotic, and antioxidant properties. Its mechanisms of action include regulating insulin signalling, inducing cancer cell apoptosis, and modulating NO, ACE, PI3K/Akt, NF-κB, Nrf2, c-Met/STAT3 pathways, and may be applied in cardiovascular diseases and inflammation.
靶点活性	GBM8401:9.6 μM, SVGp12 cells:14.4 μM, LN229 cells:9.2 μM
体外活性	方法：Momordicine I（0-18μM,48小时）处理SVGp12星形胶质细胞、LN229胶质瘤细胞和GBM8401胶质瘤细胞，MTS 测定来评估用特定浓度处理 48 小时后的细胞活力。结果：Momordicine I对上述细胞具有抑制作用，其IC50值为14.4、9.2和9.6μM。[1]
体内活性	方法：Momordicine I（30mg/kg，腹腔注射，每天一次，21天）处理 MOC2诱导的异种移植模型小鼠，研究其对小鼠体内生长的影响以及目标蛋白的表达情况。结果：Momordicine I减少了小鼠体内肿瘤的体积和重量。并且减少了Hk1、Pdk3、Fasn 和 Acly 表达。[2]
