产品描述	KSPWFTTL is an immunodominant epitope derived from the p15E transmembrane protein. It is Kb-restricted and can enhance the susceptibility of a tumor cell line to cytotoxic T lymphocytes targeting anti-AKR/Gross MuLV.
体外活性	KSPWFTTL is derived from the retroviral p15 TM envelope protein. The cytolytic T-lymphocyte (CTL)-insusceptible, variant cl.18-5 clonal line, after pulsed with the KSPWFTTL peptide, becomes susceptible to lysis by antiviral CTL[2].
