It effectively inhibits both HIV-1WT and HIV-1T125A with IC50 values of 7.4 nM and 120 nM, respectively. This compound exhibits metabolic stability and Caco-2 permeability in rats, with favorable pharmacokinetic properties, including good bioavailability (64%) and low clearance rate (0.16 L/hr/kg).
