Gentamicin/BSA is an antigen-adjuvant conjugate consisting of Gentamicin and bovine serum albumin (BSA). By conjugating the antigen with a protein adjuvant, it enhances the production of antigen-specific antibodies in vaccine models. The conjugate does not affect protein folding or disrupt primary epitopes and can enhance cross-presentation and the generation of antigen-specific T cells.
