Ethyl cis-4,7,10,13,16,19-Docosahexaenoate (Ethyl docosahexaenoate;?E-DHA) is efficiently enriched by the selective alcoholysis of ethyl esters originating from tuna oil with lauryl alcohol using immobilized lipase.
