E3ligaseLigand-Linker Conjugate 43 is a conjugate of an E3 ligase ligand with a linker (E3LigaseLigand-Linker Conjugates), composed of Thalidomide and its respective linker. E3ligaseLigand-Linker Conjugate 43 functions as a Cereblon ligand to recruit CRBN protein and serves as a critical intermediate in the synthesis of complete PROTAC molecules.
