E3ligaseLigand-Linker Conjugate 42 is a conjugate of an E3 ligase ligand with a linker (E3LigaseLigand-Linker Conjugates), comprising (S,R,S)-AHPC and its corresponding linker. The (S,R,S)-AHPC is a von Hippel-Lindau (VHL) ligand based on VH032, capable of recruiting the VHL protein. E3ligaseLigand-Linker Conjugate 42 can serve as a key intermediate in the synthesis of complete PROTACs molecules.
