The (S,R,S)-AHPC component is a von Hippel-Lindau (VHL) ligand derived from VH032, capable of recruiting VHL protein. E3ligaseLigand-Linker Conjugate 35 serves as a critical intermediate for the synthesis of complete PROTACs molecules.
