Decursin-d6 ((+)-Decursin-d6) is a deuterium-labeled analogue of Decursin. Decursin ((+)-Decursin) serves as a potent antitumor agent, exhibiting cytotoxic properties and effectively activating protein kinase C. It promotes apoptosis and induces cell cycle arrest at the G1 phase, and within 48 hours, it reduces the expression of CDK2, CDK4, CDK6, and cyclin D1 proteins. Moreover, Decursin inhibits cell proliferation and migration, while displaying antitumor, anti-inflammatory, and analgesic activities.
