产品描述	Cephalexin hydrochloride is a potent, orally active semisynthetic cephalosporin compound with a broad antibacterial spectrum. Cephalexin hydrochloride exhibits antibacterial activity against a wide range of gram-positive and gram-negative bacterial species. Cephalexin hydrochloride targets penicillin-binding proteins (PBPs) to inhibit bacterial cell wall assembly. Cephalexin hydrochloride is utilized in investigations involving pneumonia, streptococcal pharyngitis, bacterial endocarditis, and bacterial cell wall biosynthesis mechanisms.
体外活性	Cephalexin hydrochloride（10 μg/mL）通过灭活称为青霉素结合蛋白（PBPs）的酶，破坏聚合肽聚糖（PG）的生物合成过程[1]。 Cephalexin hydrochloride对多种革兰氏阳性菌和革兰氏阴性菌具有抑制活性，其对炭疽芽孢杆菌（Bacillus anthracis）、迟缓爱德华菌（Edwardsiella tarda）、霍乱弧菌（Vibrio cholerae）、多杀性巴氏杆菌（Pasteurella multocida）、迟缓爱德华菌（Edwardsiella tarda）、产碱菌属（Alcaligenes sp.）和雷特格变形杆菌（Proteus rettgeri）的MIC值分别为2、2、2、2、4、4.4和5.7 μg/mL[2]。
体内活性	Cephalexin hydrochloride（0-50 mg/kg; p.o.; 3.5 h）对感染细菌的雄性Swiss-Webster特小鼠具有抗菌活性（包括化脓性链球菌、肺炎链球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌及多种革兰氏阴性菌）[2]。
