Boc-Val-Pro-Arg-MCA TFA is a sensitive fluorescent substrate that is a thrombin substrate for the determination of trypsin-like serine protease activity.

操作步骤
1.向含有 800 μL 50 mM Tris-HCl 缓冲液 （pH 8.0） 的测试管中加入 100 μL 稀释的 Trypsin 酶。
2.加入 100 μL 50 μM 的底物 Boc-Val-Pro-Arg-MCA TFA，以立即启动反应。接着在 55°C 的条件下孵育 10 分钟。
3.孵育后，迅速加入 1.5 mL 的停止剂（甲醇:正丁醇:蒸馏水= 35:30:35），以终止反应。
4.使用荧光光谱仪在激发波长 380 nm 和发射波长 450 nm 下，测定荧光强度。
