产品描述	Belrestotug (EOS-448), an antagonistic anti-TIGIT (VSIG9, VSTM3) fully human antibody, exhibits antineoplastic activity. Belrestotug is relevant for immuno-oncology investigations involving TIGIT-mediated immune checkpoint regulation, tumor immune microenvironment interactions, and T-cell functional modulation.
体内活性	Belrestotug（200mg/小鼠；i.p.；每三天一次；共3次）在单药治疗下可减少TIGIT+调节性T细胞（Tregs），并减少雌性BALB/c小鼠（其体内植入了5×10⁵个CT26（ATCC CRL-2638TM）肿瘤细胞）体内的调节性T细胞[1]。
