产品描述	Bapotulimab (BAY-1905254) is a human/mouse/monkey cross-reactive monoclonal antibody that targets and inhibits ILDR2 (immunoglobulin-like domain containing receptor 2), blocking its immunosuppressive activity for cancer immunotherapy. Bapotulimab promotes T-cell activation in mice, enhancing antigen-specific T-cell proliferation and cytotoxicity.
体外活性	Bapotulimab通过阻断ILDR2的免疫抑制功能，激活T细胞。由于ILDR2在人类和小鼠之间的细胞外结构域具有98%的序列一致性，Bapotulimab表现出小鼠/人交叉活性 [1]。在体外实验中，Bapotulimab (BAY-1905254；浓度为5、25、100或500 ng/mL)能够促进T细胞的激活并加强抗原特异性T细胞的增殖 [1]。
