体外活性

Antiparasitic agent-10 (100 μM; 72 h) is non-cytotoxic in two human cell lines at 100 μM [1]. Antiparasitic agent-10 shows significant tegument damages and gut dilatations [1]. Cell Cytotoxicity Assay [1] Cell Line: HepG2 and LS174T-cells Concentration: 100 μM Incubation Time: 72 hours Result: Showed cytotoxic up to >100 μM against HepG2 and LS174T-cells.
