Antibacterial agent 125对耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌（methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus）表现出强效的抑制作用，同时在人类细胞中未显示出任何细胞毒性效应。[1] 即使经过十次传递，Antibacterial agent 125也不会促进耐药性的产生，并显示出中等程度抑制生物膜形成的能力。[1]
