体外活性

Antibacterial agent 190 对 Streptococcus pneumoniae、Enterococcus faecium、Vancomycin-resistant Enterococcus faecium 和 Linezolid-resistant Enterococcus faecium 展现出抗菌活性，其 MIC 值分别为 0.12-0.25、0.03、0.12 和 0.03 μg/mL。

体内活性

化合物 Antibacterial agent 190 (80 mg/kg; s.c.) 能够减少小鼠脓毒症和腹膜炎感染模型中腹膜及血液的细菌负荷。
