产品描述	Anti-Mouse CD4 Antibody (GK1.5) is a monoclonal inhibitory antibody targeting mouse CD4, with the biological activity of efficiently depleting CD4⁺ T cells in vivo. In xenograft model experiments, Anti-Mouse CD4 Antibody (GK1.5) can effectively prolong the survival of grafts and is therefore widely used in related mechanism studies in the field of immunology.
体外活性	Anti-Mouse CD4 Antibody (GK1.5) 以0.2 mg剂量单次腹腔注射(第0天)给予雌性BALB/c(H-2d)小鼠，可显著提高其外周调节性T细胞的比例，同时降低胸腺中Treg细胞的数量[1]。 Anti-Mouse CD4 Antibody (GK1.5) 于第4天和第10天给予接种2×10⁵个B16F10黑色素瘤细胞的C57BL/6J小鼠，可成功构建白癜风小鼠模型[2]。 Anti-Mouse CD4 Antibody (GK1.5) 以5 mg/kg剂量腹腔注射(第-8天和第6天)，与OVA肽疫苗联合应用于携带EG7肿瘤的C57BL/6小鼠，能够有效抑制肿瘤转移，并改变小鼠体内T细胞的数量[3]。 Anti-Mouse CD4 Antibody (GK1.5) 以0.2-5.4 mg剂量腹腔注射(第-1、1、3、7和10天)给予雄性CBA/H(H-2k)小鼠，可通过消耗CD4⁺T细胞，显著延长猪前胰岛异种移植物的存活时长[4]。
