产品描述	Anti-Mouse CD71/TfR1 Antibody (8D3) is a rat-derived inhibitory antibody targeting mouse CD71/TfR1. It depletes CD71-positive erythroid cells without significantly affecting the proportion of regulatory T cells in neonatal mice, while enhancing the anti-infective ability of neonatal mice.
体内活性	Anti-Mouse CD71/TfR1 Antibody (8D3) 以 150 μg 剂量于新生小鼠出生后第 5、6 天腹腔注射，可增强其抗感染能力 [1]。在出生后第 9 天以相同剂量腹腔给药，则能清除 CD71 阳性红系细胞，且对调节性 T 细胞比例无显著影响 [2]。
