1. The Binding Activity of Macaca fascicularis GPR20 with Anti-GPR20 recombinant antibody
Activity: Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized Macaca fascicularis GPR20 at 10 μg/mL can bind Anti-GPR20 recombinant antibody. The EC50 is 3.549 - 6.542 ng/mL.
2. The Binding Activity of Human GPR20 with Anti-GPR20 recombinant antibody
Activity: Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized Human GPR20 at 10 μg/mL can bind Anti-GPR20 recombinant antibody. The EC50 is 2.431 - 3.239 ng/mL.
