产品描述	Anti-DLL3 Antibody (anti-DLL3 arm derived from AMG-757) is a humanized antibody arm derived from the half-life extended bispecific T-cell engager (BiTE) AMG-757. This product specifically targets Delta-like ligand 3 (DLL3), a Notch pathway ligand highly expressed in small-cell lung cancer (SCLC) and other neuroendocrine tumors but minimally expressed in normal tissues. It binds to the extracellular domain of DLL3 with picomolar (pM) affinity. In a bispecific format, it facilitates the redirection of T cells to DLL3-positive tumor cells, inducing T-cell activation and the release of cytotoxic granules to exert potent anti-tumor effects.
