cy-7 ethylenediamine

Cy7 ethylenediamine is commonly used in biomolecular labeling, fluorescence imaging and other fluorescence biological analysis. Cy7 dyes and their derivatives are widely used to label polypeptides, proteins and nucleic acids.

Sulfo-Cyanine7 is an improved analog of Cy7 fluorophore with quantum yield improved by 20%, and higher photostability. This fluorescent dye is especially useful for NIR imaging.
