产品描述	The receptor (u-PAR) for urokinase plasminogen activator (u-PA) is a three-domain protein, GPI-anchored to the cell surface, which focuses the enzymatic activity of u-PA, and allows the cell surface activation of plasminogen.Regulation of the activity of u-PA is also mediated by u-PAR. uPAR/PLAUR Protein, Cynomolgus, Recombinant (His) is expressed in HEK293 mammalian cells with C-His tag. The predicted molecular weight is 32.69 kDa and the accession number is Q9GK78.
生物活性	1. Immobilized Cynomolgus uPAR, His Tag at 1μg/ml (100μl/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for Biotinylated Human PLAU, His Tag with the EC50 of 13.8ng/ml determined by ELISA (QC Test). 2. Cynomolgus uPAR, His Tag immobilized on CM5 Chip can bind Cynomolgus PLAU, His Tag with an affinity constant of 0.033 nM as determined in SPR assay.
