生物活性
1. Loaded Biotinylated Recombinant Mouse TRIM21 Protein, His Tag on SA Biosensor, can bind Herceptin with an affinity constant of 4.58 nM as determined in BLI assay (Sartorius Octet RED384) (Routinely tested).
2. Loaded Biotinylated Recombinant Mouse TRIM21 Protein, His Tag on SA Biosensor, can bind Rituximab with an affinity constant of 8.76 nM as determined in BLI assay (Sartorius Octet RED384) (Routinely tested).
3. Loaded Biotinylated Recombinant Mouse TRIM21 Protein, His Tag on SA Biosensor, can bind OKT3 with an affinity constant of 17.6 nM as determined in BLI assay (Sartorius Octet RED384) (Routinely tested).
